Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in various roles, including ownership and management positions. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in the online sale of organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, serving as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching university-level courses in applied mathematics related to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
