Alexis Sullivan, PCC has over 30 years of leadership experience managing change and bringing out the best in people. Alexis is a Personal & Professional Coach, PCC, and works with individuals who want to make positive changes in their lives. Alexis is the founder of Alexis Sullivan Coaching, where they address all areas of life to ensure successful change.

Additionally, Alexis has worked as a CoachHub Coach for CoachHub, the European market leader in digital coaching. Alexis is part of a global pool of coaches and remotely coaches individuals from around the world. Prior to this, they worked as a Coach for Mindbeat.

Alexis also has experience as a Change Management Consultant for KGO, providing change management services for the company and their clients. Their projects included change strategy development, project management, communications, training, and change management methodology development.

In their previous role as the Director of Project Management at the National Wildlife Federation, Alexis directed teams implementing business solutions across the organization. Alexis played a variety of roles, including coach, mentor, confidant, and motivator. Alexis also managed the Project Management Team and collaborated with executive staff for successful project implementation.

Before that, Alexis provided Nonprofit Operations Consulting services for AGS Consulting, LLC. Alexis also served as the Business Operations Director for Art in Action, supporting the organization's art education efforts in K-12 schools.

Earlier in their career, Alexis worked as the Director of Implementations for iKnowMed, Inc., where they oversaw the implementation of the company's medical record system in cancer centers across the US. Alexis also served as a Senior Project Manager for Oacis Healthcare Systems, managing quality control and risk management for healthcare systems projects.

Alexis began their career as a Project Manager and later a Senior Consultant at Accenture.

Alexis Sullivan, PCC, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Florida, which they received in 1988. In the same year, they also attended Semester At Sea / ISE, where they explored International Relations. Prior to that, Alexis studied International Business at Nyenrode Business University in 1987. In addition to their formal education, Alexis Sullivan has obtained several certifications, including the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, a Certificate of Change Management from Prosci, a Certificate of Nonprofit Management from San Jose State University, a Certified Radiance Coach from Radiance Partners, LLC, and a Certified Success Unlimited Network® Coach from Success Unlimited Network® (ICF ACTP).
