Anna Kmetova, CPCC, PCC

Anna Kmetova has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Anna began their career in 2006 as an Assistant to the Managing Director at Unicorn, where they worked until 2010. Anna then moved on to Booking.com, where they held roles as a Credit Controller, Senior Credit Controller, and Payment Operations Specialist from 2013 to 2018. In 2016, Anna transitioned into coaching and became a Certified Co-Active Coach and ICF Associate Certified Coach. Anna founded their own coaching business, providing 1:1 sessions and empowering individuals to lead authentic and fulfilling lives. Anna also worked as an Associate Coach at The Big C, Mindbeat, and BetterUp, where they facilitated workshops and supported clients in their personal and professional growth. Additionally, Anna served as an Executive Coach at Thrive Partners. Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated a passion for coaching and empowering others to reach their full potential.

Anna Kmetova, CPCC, PCC has a diverse education history. Anna obtained their Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2020. Prior to that, they achieved the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the ICF in 2018. In 2017, Anna attended the Co-Active Training Institute, where they became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with a specialization in Co-Active Coaching.

Anna's academic background includes a Master of Arts (MA) in Dutch studies from Charles University, which they completed between 2007 and 2013. In 2010 and 2011, they also pursued studies in Dutch language and literature at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Additionally, in 2009, Anna participated in a Zomercursus Nederlandse taal en cultuur (Summer Course in Dutch language and culture) at UHasselt.

Anna has further expanded their expertise through additional certifications. Anna completed the Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) Fundamentals program from CRR Global in May 2020. In February 2020, they obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation. In February 2018, they acquired the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the same organization. As part of their Co-Active Coaching training, Anna completed the Co-Active Coaching Intermediate program in January 2017 and the Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals course in June 2016.
