Mike Dager

Mike Dager is an experienced athletic coach and educator with a strong background in cross country and track & field. Currently serving as the Head Women’s Cross Country Coach, Assistant Women's Track & Field Coach, and Associate Professor at Washington and Lee University since July 2014, Mike Dager previously held coaching positions at Gwynedd Mercy University and Elizabethtown College. At Gwynedd Mercy University, Mike Dager was the Head Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track & Field Coach from July 2007 to June 2014, and at Elizabethtown College, held roles including Head Women's Cross Country Coach and Assistant Coach for both Men's and Women's Cross Country. Mike Dager earned a Master of Science in Education from Wilkes University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
