Dustin Duffy

Dustin Duffy is a highly experienced design leader currently serving as the Director of Design for Consumer, Growth, & ClassPass at Mindbody since May 2024. Previously, Duffy held the position of Senior Design Manager at Faire from November 2019 to November 2023, where significant contributions included hiring and leading teams of over 20 product designers and shaping design culture through initiatives like the Fulfillment & Belonging initiative and the Slate design system. Earlier roles include Head of Design at Smile.io, where leadership resulted in the organization becoming the world's largest loyalty program provider, and UX Engineer at Canon Canada, where Duffy successfully launched the photo management application Jumpshot. Duffy began a career in design at Canadian Tire as the first User Experience Lead, pioneering product design within the company. Education includes a degree in Web Development and Design from Conestoga College.
