Jay Rafols Pérez

Jay Rafols Pérez is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in enhancing developer productivity and implementing cloud-based solutions. Currently serving as Software Engineer III at Mindbody since June 2021, Jay has successfully devised metric-driven strategies and streamlined workflows, overseeing project lifecycles from initial setup to ongoing maintenance. Previously, as a DevOps Manager and Technical Project Manager II at Shift4 Payments, Jay implemented continuous integration frameworks and managed diverse application deployments while utilizing various tools, including AWS and Jenkins. Jay's career began as a QA Developer, where the design of a .NET automation framework showcased strong technical acumen. Educationally, Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Far Eastern University and has also studied Basic Mandarin at Ateneo de Manila University.
