Ross Bierkan

Ross Bierkan is a Principal at Wellfleet Equity, where they focus on investments in hospitality, commercial and residential real estate, technology, and biotech. Previously, Ross served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of RLJ Lodging Trust, co-founding RLJ Development in 2000 and leading it to public status in 2011. They have extensive experience in the hospitality real estate industry, with a history of managing significant acquisitions and mergers. Ross also holds advisory roles at MindClick and MB Partners, and is a Trustee and Vice-Chair of the Operations Committee for the University of Mary Washington Foundation. They graduated magna cum laude from Duke University.
