Rich Carrione

Rich Carrione has over 25 years of experience in financial management, accounting and tax services. Rich began their career in 1995 as the Principal of Carrione & Co., LLC, specializing in providing tax, financial reporting and accounting services to small businesses and individuals. In 2014, they joined Cloud Nation, Inc. as the CFO, providing business advisory, strategic planning, IT Systems support, process improvement, and financial management services. Rich is currently the CFO at Mindcore Inc., located in Fairfield, NJ, delivering transformative IT Solutions such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, SD-WAN, IT Consulting, Managed Services, Project Management, and Digital Marketing. Theirresponsibilities include managing the financial activities of the company, developing short-term and long-term investment policies, forecasting and financial modeling.

Rich Carrione attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management.
