The leadership team at Mindex has a wide range of experience in many different industries. Many of them have worked in accounting and finance, while others have experience in sales, marketing, engineering, and IT. They have also worked for many different companies, including Wegmans Food Markets, The Clorox Company, CaterTrax, EagleDream Technologies, Brand Networks, PAETEC Communications Inc, Xerox, EEOC, Paychex, Quad Graphics, Tata Communications, Global Crossing, RCI Long Distance/Frontier Communications, eHealth Technologies, KimchuK, Inc., and TET Mfg Co Inc. In addition to their work experience, many of the members of the leadership team have also received formal education from some of the best schools in the country, including St. John Fisher University, Rochester Institute of Technology, SUNY Oneonta, University at Buffalo, and Paier College of Art Inc.
