Heather Pysklywec

Heather Pysklywec is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operational leadership. Since April 2016, Heather has served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Client Solutions at Mindfield Group, where strategic oversight and client relations are pivotal. Prior to this role, Heather was with BMO Financial Group from March 2013 to April 2016, holding positions including Manager of Recruitment Delivery and Senior Director of Recruitment Operations within Aon Hewitt's Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Earlier career stages included a tenure at Randstad from January 2008 to March 2013, where Heather advanced from Certified Staffing Consultant to Assistant Branch Manager. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Calgary.
