Kelli Gilmore

Kelli Gilmore has an extensive background in operations and program management, financial planning/reporting, budgeting, internal controls, project development, and contract compliance. Kelli began their career in 1993 as a Sports Program Administrator at Johnson C. Smith University, where they managed administrative duties in the Athletic department and supervised a work-study student group of 85 students. In 1996, they became the School Administrator at Lake Norman Day School, where they maintained personnel records, handled state compliance requirements, and managed a budget of $375,000 annually. From 1998-1999, they were a Project Manager & Executive Producer at Event Architects, producing charity events for celebrity and professional athletes non-profit foundations. In 1999, they joined Shields Marketing Group as an Office Manager/Project Coordinator, where they maintained the day-to-day office operations and supervised 50-60 people. In 2002, they became a Learning/Compliance Event Manager at Ernst & Young, responsible for the management and planning of meetings, trainings and special events with an annual budget of $1.5 million. From 2010-2011, they were a Meeting Services at 6kSystems and from 2011-2012, they were a Strategic Business Consultant at Positive Hope. In 2012, they became the Director of Corporate Travel Operations at BET NETWORKS, where they managed budgets from $150,000 to $5. Finally, in 2014, they joined MindFinders, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations- Contract Administrator, managing budgets from $550,000 to $25.

Kelli Gilmore completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Paul's College in 1996. Kelli is currently studying Psychology at Johnson C. Smith University - JCSU.
