Ansuman Sahu

Ansuman Sahu has a strong and diverse work experience, starting as a Software Engineer Trainee at IBM Global Services in 1999. Ansuman then went on to work at Mindfire Solutions, where they held various roles including Software Developer, Team Lead, Project Manager, Group Project Manager in MS Technologies, Head of Certification & Training, and Head of HR/Staffing. Currently, they serve as the VP of People Matters (HR) at Mindfire Solutions. Ansuman has a proven track record of leading and managing teams, including a team of 60+ software engineers.

Ansuman Sahu obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Symbiosis. Additionally, they also received certification as an IBM Certified Application Developer, specializing in Computer Science & Engineering, from IBM-ACE in 1999.
