Aditya Gaur

Aditya Gaur has a diverse work experience beginning in 2016 as a Marketing Intern at H&M, where they contributed to customer behavior analysis and supported sales promotions. In 2018, they joined RGF Professional Recruitment as an Associate Consultant Market Research, specializing in the technology market in India. Aditya then co-founded and led business development, social media, and partnerships at Sordit Ventures, focusing on e-waste management solutions. In 2021, they joined Powder as the Strategic Partnerships & Growth role, and in 2022, they became the Founder's Associate at Mindflow.

Aditya Gaur's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Aditya completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Amity University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade from DAV Public School, Sector 14, Faridabad in the field of Non-Medical in 2014. Aditya also completed their 10th grade from the same school in 2013. Currently, they are pursuing a MIM Grande École degree in Finance and Strategy from ESSEC Business School, which began in 2020 and is expected to be completed in 2023. In addition to their degrees, Aditya has obtained a C1 Advanced English CEFR Certificate from the British Council in October 2019.
