Alexander Merten

Alexander Merten has over a decade of experience in change and transformation. Alexander began their career in 2006 as a Process Improvement Engineer at DaimlerChrysler AG. In 2007, they joined HOOD GmbH as a Junior Consultant and was promoted to Senior Consultant and then Leader of the Center of Excellence Agile Requirements Management. In 2011, they joined DB Schenker as a Team-Coach. In 2014, they moved to Honeywell where they worked as an Agile Coach, Product Owner and Scrum Master. In 2019, they joined flowedoo GmbH as a Lead Agile Change & Transformation Consultant, Chief People Officer and Head of Consulting. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Mindfuel as Director of Change & Agile Transformation, Senior Data Product Strategist and Enablement Lead.

Alexander Merten obtained their degree in Diplom-Informatiker from Ulm University in 2022. Alexander also holds a certification from Flight Levels Academy in FLIN - Flight Levels Introduction, which they obtained in November 2022.
