Dan Guglielmo

Daniel A. Guglielmo is an experienced entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as the Founder of MindfulCEO since May 2019, focusing on coaching leaders to foster meaningful cultures. As the Leader of Confidential CEO Business Forums at Vistage since November 2014, Daniel facilitates high-performing CEOs in addressing critical business issues. In addition, Daniel founded TrustDesign in June 1990, a succession management firm specializing in leadership and corporate culture development. Co-founding the Boston Exit Planning Exchange in September 2008, Daniel contributes to a network supporting business owners through transitions. As Co-founder and President of XPX Global since January 2008, Daniel aids in enhancing connections between business owners and their advisory teams worldwide. Daniel holds a BA in Political Science from Colorado College and a Juris Doctorate in Taxation from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, along with advanced coaching and leadership training from esteemed institutions.
