Julya Loder

Programs & Research Associate at Mindful Philanthropy

For almost a decade, Julya has been dedicated to working in the Philadelphia nonprofit sector to advance programs primarily within the fields of education and human services. She joins the Mindful team as a Programs and Research Associate, bringing her knowledge of the nonprofit sector and expertise in evidence-based research and program evaluation to her work.

Julya earned a B.A. in Psychology from Dickinson College, and recently graduated with a Master’s in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania. She has specialized in studying human behavior and how it can influence and lead to wiser decision-making to advance programmatic goals, policy, and overall community impact.

Julya serves on the Board of Directors at the Impact Center, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit where she is actively involved in the strategic development and implementation of a new community center that will provide supportive educational and career services to local youth and families in the West Philadelphia community.

In her free time, Julya enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and engaging her competitive side through a diverse range of sporting activities.
