Carlo Saracho

Carlo Saracho is currently the CS Operations Manager at MindfulSouls. Prior to that, they were with the Ford Motor Company from May 2014 to January 2015 as the Human Resources Supervisor | Learning and Development. From April 2015 to August 2018, they were with TaskUs | Hootsuite as a Senior Team Manager.

Carlo has a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices. Carlo is able to draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations. Carlo also has the experience of deploying a wide variety of training methods and conducting effective induction and orientation sessions.

Carlo Saracho pursued a degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Mapua Institute of Technology. Afterwards, they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems, General from Mapúa University.
