Tushar Gaur

Tushar Gaur has extensive work experience in sales and business development roles. Tushar currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales and Business Development for MEA at Mindgate Solutions, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Volante Technologies as a Sales Director for the Middle East and North Africa region from February 2019 to August 2022. Tushar also held the role of Sales Director for the Middle East region from August 2018 to January 2019. Before that, they worked at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, where they served as the Associate Vice President of Sales and Business Development from July 2017 to July 2018, Senior Manager of Sales and Business Development from January 2017 to June 2017, and Retail Lead for MENA, Levant, and Central Asia from June 2015 to December 2016. Tushar Gaur started their career at Infosys in 2007 and held various roles, including Lead Consultant for Business Consulting, Development, and Strategy from October 2014 to May 2015, Senior Consultant for Business Consulting, Development, and Subject Matter Expert on Islamic Banking from October 2012 to September 2014, and Functional Consulting for Banking Domain from October 2007 to September 2009. Additionally, Tushar Gaur had early career experience at Trident Limited as Deputy Manager and Chairman of the Employee Trust from May 2007 to August 2007, and at Alankrit Admedia Pvt. Ltd. as Account Director (Group Head) from June 2004 to May 2005, and as Key Accounts' Manager from June 1998 to May 2000.

Tushar Gaur holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of International Business, obtained between 2005 and 2007. Tushar also has a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from Hindustan College of Science and Technology. In 2014-2015, they obtained a Certified Islamic Finance Executive™ (CIFE™) certification from Ethica Institute of Islamic Finance.
