Vanita (Naik) Patil has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Vanita is currently serving as an Assistant Vice President - Legal & Compliance at Mindgate Solutions since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Deputy General Manager - Legal & Company Secretary at Lumina Datamatics Limited from October 2016 to July 2022. Before that, they held the position of Lead Manager - Legal & Secretarial at Datamatics Global Services Limited from January 2014 to October 2016. Vanita also gained experience as an Assistant Manager - Legal at Syntel Limited from November 2010 to November 2013 and as a Management Trainee - Secretarial at Orbit Corporation Limited from November 2009 to November 2010.
Vanita (Naik) Patil has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounts from IT Jobs Updates, which they completed from 2005 to 2008. Vanita then pursued a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2006 to 2010. Vanita went on to earn a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Legal Professions and Studies from New Law College, Ruparel, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), with an expected completion in 2023.
