Vishakha Shinde

Vishakha Shinde is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources Fintech at Mindgate Solutions since March 2010. In this role, Vishakha is responsible for managing the complete HR spectrum and has been instrumental in strategic planning that supports long-term organizational growth. As a key member of the leadership team, Vishakha has contributed to the significant expansion of Mindgate Solutions from a workforce of 10 to 1300 employees. Prior to this, Vishakha gained experience as an HR Recruiter at Genetic Call Net from November 2009 to February 2010. Vishakha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Mitcon Institute of Management, earned between 2007 and 2009.
