Katie Burk is an experienced public relations professional with a comprehensive background in PR and social media management. Currently serving as the Director of Global PR & Organic Social at Mindgruve since April 2019, Katie successfully launched and scaled the PR department, overseeing internal communications and marketing initiatives. Previously, at i.d.e.a. from May 2017 to April 2019, Katie managed award-winning influencer campaigns and played a key role in client strategy for notable organizations, including Major League Baseball and The San Diego Museum of Art. Earlier roles include positions at Rachel Kay Public Relations, serving various brands in the food and beverage sector, and a foundation in PR through earlier internships. Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from California State University San Marcos.
