James Bayly

James Bayly is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Mindhive since July 2023, and as Director and Chief Executive Officer at Freedom Internet Limited since October 2012, James drives initiatives that provide reliable and flexible internet solutions for apartment residents. Previous positions include Interim CFO at The Trusts, Director and Shareholder at Fresh Perspective Leadership Limited, CFO at Gen-i, and Head of ICT Finance at Telecom New Zealand. With a strong foundation in finance from roles at AAPT and AT&T, James holds a BCom/LLB degree in Accounting from the University of Otago.
