Aioanei Oana Maria

Aioanei Oana Maria has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on payroll management, HR administration, and data analytics. Aioanei started their career as an Assistant Manager/Secretary at SC Cosmetics Oriflame Romania SRL in 2011 and worked there until 2016. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at Norauto Romania from 2016 to 2019. Aioanei then joined Nexus Electronics as a Human Resources Specialist from 2019 to 2020. Aioanei then transitioned to ZoomHR Romania, where they served as an HR Project Manager from 2020 to 2021. After that, they worked as an HR & Payroll Consultant at Mazars Romania from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as an HR Specialist at mindit.io, where they manage the payroll area and HR administration for a large number of employees. Aioanei is responsible for redefining procedures and processes, ensuring compliance, and optimizing operations. Additionally, they handle data analytics and reporting for payroll, benefits, and HR, providing valuable insights for decision-making and cost optimization strategies.

Aioanei Oana Maria completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their Master's degree, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Facultatea de Relaţii Economice Internaţionale, Specializarea Economie şi Afaceri Internaţionale from the Academia de Studii Economice din Bucureşti from 2008 to 2011.
