Alexandra Sanie

Alexandra Sanie has extensive work experience in talent management and acquisition roles. In 2013, they started their career as an HR Trainee at LUGERA. Alexandra then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Vision Recruitment Management from September 2013 to July 2014. Alexandra joined Luxoft as a Senior IT Recruiter in August 2014 and stayed with the company until April 2017.

After that, Alexandra worked at Endava, first as a Recruitment Business Partner from May 2017 to October 2018, and then as a Recruitment Lead from November 2018 to August 2019. Alexandra continued their career at Worldpay as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner from September 2019 to August 2020.

In 2020, Alexandra worked at eMAG as the Platforms&Technology Recruitment Manager from August to December. Alexandra then joined Revolut as a Tech Talent Lead in February 2021 and stayed until March 2022. After that, Alexandra joined Swissquote as an HR Partner in Talent Management & Acquisition from March 2022 to September 2022.

Currently, Alexandra is working at SoftServe as a Talent Operations Manager since September 2022. Starting from February 2023, they will be joining mindit.io as a Talent Manager.

Alexandra Sanie earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics - Business Administration from the University of Bucharest between 2006 and 2009.
