Andrada Covaci

Andrada Covaci has a diverse work history with experience in IT project management, team management, recruitment coordination, and IT recruitment. Andrada started their career in 2009 as a Sales Promoter at Romtelecom and later worked as a Store Cashier at StoryLand USA during a work and travel program. In 2012, they completed an Internship Program at Garanti Bank Romania. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Background Screening Ambassador at Mindit Consulting. Andrada then joined Mindit Software in 2015 as an IT Recruiter, where they managed the full-cycle recruitment process and maintained relationships with clients for external projects. In 2016, they transitioned to Endava as an IT Recruiter, responsible for managing the recruitment process and promoting job positions. Andrada returned to Mindit Software in 2018 as a Senior IT Recruiter before taking on additional roles as a Recruitment Coordinator and Brand Ambassador. In 2020, they became an IT Project Manager, Team Manager, and Brand Ambassador at mindit.io. Throughout their career, Covaci has demonstrated a strong focus on people management, career development, project planning, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Andrada Covaci completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business and Administration from the University of Bucharest, attending from 2010 to 2013. Andrada then pursued a Master's Degree in Commerce - Quality Management and customer protection from the Academia de Studii Economice din București, studying from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Andrada has obtained a European Language Certificate in English, level C1 in 2012 and an ECDL certification.
