Madalina Hagiescu

Madalina Hagiescu has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Madalina started their career in 2001 at the Institute of Food Research as a Research Worker, where they conducted chemical analysis of various food products and worked on projects related to food quality.

In 2003, Madalina joined Orange Romania and held various positions over a span of almost 18 years. Madalina started as a Customer Care Representative and later transitioned to roles such as a Credit & Collection Analyst and Internal Control Responsible. In these roles, they analyzed the financial situation of corporate customers, negotiated exceptions to standard procedures, and ensured compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Madalina also provided training for internal control processes and evaluated operational and entity-level risks.

From 2014 to 2015, Madalina served as an IT Quality Coordinator at Orange Romania, where they contributed to quality assurance efforts. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Quality Assurance Tester, responsible for software testing, documentation, deployment, release processes, and conducting user acceptance tests. Madalina gained experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies during this role.

In 2021, Madalina joined mindit.io as a QA Engineer. Madalina'sresponsibilities include software testing, documentation, deployment, release processes, and collaborating with product owners and end-users for walkthroughs and user acceptance tests. Madalina continues to apply their knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies in this role.

Madalina Hagiescu completed their high school education at Costin D. Nenitescu High School from 1992 to 1996, specializing in Chemistry. Subsequently, they pursued a degree in Chemistry at the University of Bucharest, graduating from the Faculty of Chemistry in 2002.
