Ana Maria Serna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication, research, and marketing. As Co-founder and General Manager of MindLabs SAS since March 2016, Ana Maria has focused on merging science, big data, and rigorous research methodologies to enhance consumer digital interaction into actionable insights. Prior to this role, Ana Maria held various positions at TQ Confiable - Tecnoquímicas from December 2005 to February 2015, where responsibilities included managing communication strategies and market research for brand positioning. Additionally, from March 2001 to December 2005, Ana Maria served as Director of Advertising at EL TIEMPO Casa Editorial, overseeing sales strategies for print media. Ana Maria holds an Especialista en Mercadeo from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, an Especialista en Administración from Universidad ICESI, and a degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
