Hanna Medvid

Hanna Medvid is an experienced professional in customer success and integration, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Mindly since January 2024. Previously, Hanna held various roles at ENESTECH Software from July 2019 to January 2024, including Head of Customer Experience and Localization Manager, where responsibilities encompassed product localization, team management, and quality control of translations. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Customer Integration and Senior Customer Integration Specialist, leading teams and providing support in multiple languages. Additionally, Hanna worked as a Professor at Zaporizhzhia National University from February 2015 to July 2019, teaching Spanish and developing educational materials. Hanna holds a Master's degree in Spanish language and literature from Zaporizhzhia National University, obtained in 2015.
