Brenda Balenger

Brenda Balenger is an experienced professional in both clinical research and rowing leadership. Currently serving as the Regional Site Manager at AbbVie since February 2020, Brenda has also been the Executive Director of Manchester Rowing Alliance since July 2016, focusing on the development of rowing programs in the Greater Manchester area. As a co-founder and president of Lake Sunapee Rowing Club, Brenda has played a vital role in promoting the sport at various levels since 2007. Previous roles include Lead Clinical Research Associate at Ora, Inc., and Director at RowAmerica, alongside coaching and consulting positions with organizations such as Community Rowing Inc. and the Rowing Association of the Maldives. Brenda's educational background includes an Advanced Certificate in Rowing Leadership from the Institute for Rowing Leadership and a BA in Communications from New England College.
