Anie Kuracz de Moraes

Anie Kuracz de Moraes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Anie started their career as an intern in the Sistema FIESC in 2006, where they worked in administrative functions. Anie then worked as a Marketing intern at Intelbras in 2007 before becoming an intern in the Commercial Intelligence department at Dígitro Tecnologia in 2009.

Anie joined Telefônica Brasil in 2010 as a Trainee and later held positions such as Marketing Analyst, Commercial Planning and Management Analyst, Senior Marketing Analyst, and Consultant in Marketing Products. Anie'slast role at Telefônica Brasil was as Coordinator of Marketing Products.

In 2017, they worked as a Marketing professional at connectFOOD Softwares and later became an Associate Consultant at Fazzer Consultoria.

Since 2018, Anie has been working at MindMiners. Anie started as a People and Culture Manager and then took on the roles of Head of People and Director of People & Operations + Partner.

Throughout their career, Anie has gained extensive experience in people management, operations, marketing, and consulting.

Anie Kuracz de Moraes has a diverse education history. In 2004, they began their studies at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Anie successfully completed their degree in 2009.

In 2010, Anie took a postgraduate course in Service Management at ESPM - Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. This program provided their with advanced knowledge and skills in managing services.

In 2016, they enrolled in a training program at SBDG - Sociedade Brasileira de Dinâmica dos Grupos to become a Group Coordinator. This program focused on the development and facilitation of group dynamics, enhancing their ability to work effectively with teams and communities. Anie completed this program in 2017.

Additionally, in the same year, Anie pursued a coaching certification at Profit Coach. This program, titled "Gestão Coach - The Coaching Clinic e Conversas Essenciais," equipped their with coaching skills and techniques.
