Thaís Santos da Silva

Thaís Santos da Silva has a diverse work experience starting from 2005. Thaís began their career as an intern at the Secretaria Municipal de Cultural de Nova Iguaçu, where they were responsible for managing the musical programming at Espaço Cultural Sylvio Monteiro and organizing special events. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Cultural Producer at the Secretaria Municipal de Cultura de Nilópolis.

In 2011, Thaís joined Sesc Rio as a Technical Analyst, where they managed the cultural programming at Unidade Sesc Engenho de Dentro, focusing on music and theater, with involvement in visual arts and audiovisual as well. Thaís'sresponsibilities included project and cultural development, artistic curation, negotiation and contracts, executive production, and budget management.

As an autonomous professional from 2017 to 2018, Thaís worked as a Marketing Analyst, handling social media management for Facebook and Instagram.
