Lauren Webb

Lauren Anne Szewczyk possesses extensive experience in population health management, mental health advocacy, and counseling. Currently serving as the Head of Provider Talent Acquisition and holding several senior vice president positions at Mindoula since February 2014, Lauren is instrumental in delivering tech-enabled, team-based support for diverse populations. In addition, Lauren serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for The Quell Foundation, focusing on mental health education and stigma reduction. Prior roles include psychiatric rehabilitation coordination at O'Connor Associates, vocational counseling at St. Luke's House, and various administrative positions in mental health organizations. Lauren holds an M.A. in Applied Developmental and Educational Psychology from Boston College and is a Certified Field Traumatologist.
