Legrande Hayes

LeGrande Hayes, Ph.D., is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, digital content production, investment analysis, and organizational consulting. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for Hayes Learning LLC, overseeing operations related to MindPlay and StudyDog since February 2015, LeGrande has also authored and produced over 60 instructional modules and films while working in digital content production since 2008. Previous roles include investment analyst and real estate manager, change management consultant, and instructional design consultant with notable organizations like the Girl Scouts of the USA and the Forum Corporation. LeGrande holds a B.A. in English and Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Ph.D. in Organizational/Instructional Technology from Florida State University.
