Tijmen Tieleman

Tijmen Tieleman is the Co-Founder and CTO at minds.ai. Tijmen was previously self-employed as a Deep Learning consultant from November 2011 to November 2015. Prior to that, they interned at Microsoft from May to August 2007 and was a researcher PHD student at the University of Toronto from January 2007 to December 2014. Tieleman also worked part-time as a software engineer at Stichting Leerplan Ontwikkeling from January 2002 to December 2004.

Tijmen Tieleman completed a PhD in Deep Learning at the University of Toronto. Tijmen also holds an MSc in Deep Learning from the University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Utrecht University.

They are on a team with Prashant Kumar - Neural Network Engineer, Ana Saroj Harris - Business Development Manager, and Venkat Krishnaswami - Financial Advisor / CFO. Tijmen Tieleman reports to Sumit Sanyal, Co-Founder & CEO.
