Barrie Hadfield is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading companies within the software and AI sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Mindset AI since January 2020, Hadfield aims to establish a leading digital infrastructure for the knowledge economy. Previously, Hadfield co-founded and held the position of CTO at Workshare from 2012 to 2019, where a successful sale to HG Capital occurred as part of an effort to integrate leading technologies for enhanced user experiences. Workshare gained significant traction, with over 2 million users across 70 countries. Earlier roles include co-founding and leading SkyDox as CEO, developing a secure file sharing platform, and founding Tyger Consulting, as well as a prior tenure at Workshare, where significant market penetration and recognition were achieved. Hadfield's career began with founding SQL Development Ltd. and Information Management Services Ltd., both focused on software development and enterprise solutions.
