Tom Schroeder

Tom Schroeder is an experienced professional in strategic consulting and solutions architecture, currently serving as Principal at Mindset Consulting, LLC since April 2023, where Tom leads SAP Supply Chain and S/4HANA initiatives. Prior experience includes Principal Consultant at TPS Strategic Consulting and a significant tenure at 3M as Senior Director of Solution Architecture and Senior Director of Global Logistics Execution, where Tom drove alignment between IT strategies and business goals across multiple global locations. Additional roles at 3M included leading demand and supply planning and managing transitions to SAP systems in manufacturing. Earlier in the career, Tom served as Senior IT Manager at Tennant Company, overseeing substantial program budgets and technical direction across various business processes. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Methods & Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas.
