From 2017 to 2018, they were the Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Innova Swiss Proptech SA. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Responsable Relations Medias at RTS - radio télévision suisse. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Directeur Commercial at CJ Online Works Sàrl. From 2017 to 2021, they were also a Freelance Speaker, Facilitator and Master of Ceremony.

Réginald Bien-Aimé attended the Université de Genève from 2006 to 2010, studying Gestion d'entreprise. Réginald then attended the Université Grenoble Alpes from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a Licence in Gestion d'entreprise.
