Romi Navarrete

Romi Navarrete is the Head of Community at Seedstars, overseeing the global engagement strategy across more than 90 countries and activating an innovation network of over 10,000 founders, ecosystem builders, and investors. As a founder of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Romi has institutionalized DEI practices within Seedstars, enhancing recruitment and team training. Additionally, Romi has served as a Strategy Advisor and Board Member, launching initiatives and optimizing operations in various regions including Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Previous roles include mentoring startups for international expansion and managing operations of coworking and coliving spaces across multiple continents. Romi possesses a background in sales and marketing with experience in prestigious organizations such as FuckUp Nights Global and EF Education First, and holds degrees in Business Administration, International Business, and a minor in International Business from various esteemed institutions.
