Anand Balakrishnan

Anand Balakrishnan is the CEO and Managing Director of Mindteck. Anand has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on strategic planning, business performance management, and financial operations. Prior to joining Mindteck, they were the Chief Operating Officer of the company from February 2019 to February 2020. Anand was also the CFO of Mindteck from September 2014 to July 2017, where they were part of the Executive Leadership Team and managed investor relations, human resources, accounting and reporting, recruitment, facility, procurement, and treasury functions.

Balakrishnan started their career as an auditor with KPMG in Oman from August 2005 to August 2007. Anand then moved to Bahrain to join TAIB Bank as AVP - Financial Control from September 2007 to April 2012. In May 2012, they joined Jardine Lloyd Thompson as Head of Specialized Accounting and remained there till August 2014.

Anand is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
