Shelley Reyes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and training roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Manager in both Business Consulting and Professional Services at NICE CXone since April 2021, Shelley also holds the position of Senior Manager of Professional Services at MindTouch, where tenure began in April 2016.
