Rafay Korai

Rafay Korai possesses extensive experience in growth and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Growth & Digital at Mindvalley since January 2019, where previous roles included Head of Subscription Marketing, Subscriptions Manager, and Product Marketing Manager. Prior to Mindvalley, Rafay founded Shaped Digital and held various marketing positions at FLEXIROAM, including Sales & Marketing Manager and Senior International Marketing Executive. Additional experience includes a role as Sales And Marketing Specialist at Siddiqsons Pvt Ltd, as well as early career roles at the School of Leadership as Marketing Executive and Sales And Marketing Intern. Rafay holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Institute of Business Management, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Sciences from Karachi University and a BBA (Hons) in Marketing from the Institute of Business Management.
