Martin Schneider

Martin Schneider is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in operational and technical roles across various industries. Since March 2017, Martin has served as Project Manager for China and Japan at Minebea Intec, overseeing critical projects and reporting to German management. Previously, as Service Director at KESSLER (Shanghai) Spindle Service Co. Ltd., Martin managed the production department, led high-pressure retrofitting projects, and improved logistics processes. Other notable roles include a trainee position at Franz Kessler GmbH, an event management internship at DMG MORI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, and co-founding a digital media agency. Martin holds a Master's degree in East Asian Studies from the University of Duisburg-Essen and has pursued education at Dokkyo University and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
