Esther Babb

Esther Babb is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in operations and strategy within the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Minehub Technologies since September 2024, Esther is also a Founding Member of Ready Player DAO since August 2021. Previously, Esther held the position of Co-Chief Executive Officer (Commercial) at Monax, where the focus was on enhancing commercial relationships through innovative agreement lifecycle products. Esther's experience includes a role as Director of Corporate Development at Gemini.com, where strategic initiatives around Web3 adoption were prioritized, as well as significant positions at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President roles in Data Intelligence Strategy and Equities Technology Business Management, addressing data commercialization and technology cost optimization. Esther holds an AB in Economics with specialties in Spanish and Chinese from the University of Chicago and a certification in Blockchain Technologies from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
