Ella Berjamin

Ella Berjamin is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in mine planning and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Mine Planning Engineer in Strategic Planning at Mineral Resources Limited since March 2023, Ella focuses on life-of-mine (LOM) planning, scenario analysis, and technical contributions for project studies. Prior to this role, Ella worked at Fortescue Metals Group as a Senior Mining Engineer, specializing in five-year planning, and held multiple positions at Mineral Resources Limited from 2013 to 2022, concentrating on life-of-mine and medium-term planning. Ella's earlier career includes contract and mining engineering roles at Hays, Leighton Asia, and Leighton Contractors Philippines, where responsibilities included mine design, scheduling, and production planning. Ella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2010.
