Mark Rice

Mark Rice currently serves as the Director GCC at Minerals Technologies Inc., overseeing sales for three Ground Calcium Carbonate plants in California, Connecticut, and Massachusetts since January 2022. Prior to this, Mark was a Regional Sales Manager at Schaeffler, where responsibilities included managing sales strategies and customer relationships across 13 western states for the industrial OEM and aerospace sectors from November 2014 to January 2022. Mark's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Field Sales Engineer, managing international accounts and sales growth in Southern California and Arizona. Mark's career began in the US Navy, where service as a Lieutenant Commander included significant leadership roles and management of up to 90 personnel. Mark holds a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor's degree in History from Virginia Tech.
