Katie Loikith

Katie Loikith is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. since August 2025, Katie previously held the position of Senior Director and Head of Marketing at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals US Inc., leading the successful launch of QUVIVIQ for insomnia treatment. At Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Katie directed US specialty marketing for cardiorenal products, notably the launch of KERENDIA. Previous roles at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson involved global strategy for cardiovascular products, including brand management for XARELTO. Katie's career began at Merck and Millennium Pharmaceuticals, where foundational work in cardiovascular marketing was established. Katie holds an MBA in Marketing from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
