Kushan Gunawardhana

Kushan Gunawardhana is an accomplished academic and industry professional with expertise in translational medicine, genetics, and neurobiology. Currently serving as Associate Director of Translational Medicine at Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc., Kushan has previously worked as a Translational Research Lead and Associate Clinical Scientist at Bristol Myers Squibb, where robust data quality checks and patient data monitoring were key responsibilities. A postdoctoral research associate at Yale University School of Medicine, Kushan led a population genetic study focusing on genetic variants linked to blood pressure regulation.
