Gideon is a serial entrepreneur and founder of companies with over 25 years of experience in the software, communications and information technology industries. He has held leading positions in many companies, including Co-founder and CEO of DSP Communications (NASDAQ: DSPC), acquired by Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) in 1999 for $1.6 billion, founder and Chairman of Envara and Butterfly VLSI, acquired by Intel and Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) in 2004 and 2000, respectively. Gideon holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Tel-Aviv University in Israel.
