Lesley Grant

Lesley Grant is an experienced executive and director with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member and Non Executive Director at Minerva Network since September 2022, Lesley has previously held significant positions at Qantas from 2002 to 2019, including Group Executive of People Culture and Corporate Affairs and Group Executive of Customer & Marketing. Additionally, Lesley served as Chief Executive Officer of Qantas Loyalty and was involved with the Qantas Foundation as a director. Other notable experiences include Non Executive Director roles at Venues NSW, UNICEF Australia, Australia Brandenburg Orchestra, and Taylor Fry Pty Limited, where Lesley acted as chair.
