Kornelija Ukolovaitė has worked in a variety of roles across multiple organizations. Kornelija started their career in 2016 as an Intern at TEXT Lietuva. In 2017, they worked as an Office Assistant at Minerva Project. In 2018, they were an Academic Research Assistant at Minerva University, where they researched women-led peacebuilding organizations in post-colonial countries and compiled an annotated bibliography on development, peacebuilding, and feminism in Myanmar (Burma). Kornelija also worked as an Assistant-Intern at the Investigative Department of 15min, where they carried out 3 long-term investigations, uncovering illegal activities of major political and business figures in Lithuania, and assisted with an investigation based on the Panama Papers. Kornelija also worked as a Research Team Intern at the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project in 2019. Finally, they worked as an Operations Assistant and a Research and Operations Assistant at the Partnership Teaching and Learning Team of Minerva Project in 2019. Kornelija is currently working as a Program Operations Associate at Minerva Project since 2022.
Kornelija Ukolovaitė completed their secondary education at Klaipeda's "Ąžuolyno" gymnasium from 2013 to 2017. Kornelija then obtained a Journalism Skills for Engaged Citizens certification from Coursera Course Certificates in October 2015. Kornelija went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Political Science, Government, and History from Minerva University from 2017 to 2021.
